Very happy😀 After all that build up, I just did my 20 mins!! Went really slow and steady, thanks for all the encouragement couldn't have done it without it.  I made sure I was wearing big comfy pants, they are my main recommendation😉

Well done!  It gives so much encouragement to hear how people persevere and succeed. At the moment I can not imagine running for 20 minutes, however knowing so many others have felt the same way and are now true runners spurs me on.

It wasn't a doddle, but no where near as bad as I thought.  Everything that was said to me is true, trust the programme and believe in yourself good luck 👊

Well done and thanks for posting this, I can't imagine running for 20 mins at the moment, but it's encouraging when I see that others have :-)

I could hardly do w1 when I started,I have never ever in all my 46 years run for that amount of time - well slow jog! - so it's definitely achievable good luck 👍
