I DID IT!! Don’t get me wrong it was excruciatingly slow 😂 but I did it. I kept the good pace the whole time and ran faster for the last two minutes.
Never in a million years did I think I could run for 25 mins regardless of how fast or slow it was.
Thank you for all the advice I’m glad I did it. Onto the next 💪🏼💪🏼

We are and isn’t it astounding ! Hoping the autumn chill doesn’t put me off ( might go in the gym) as the cold triggers fibromyalgia flares 😞
but I will add an extra layer and wear some gloves haha. I will look strange but don’t care !

No 100%. It’s a selfish thing fitness and running, it’s about you no one else. I used to really freak out about running outside because I didn’t want people looking at me (obviously they didn’t) and now I run in a park with dog walkers and loads of people around me. So only onwards and upwards for us x
