Just completed week 5 run3. And I’m really happy with how far I’ve come running wise in the space of 6 weeks. Feeling confident on the remaining weeks. Anybody who is on the fence about start c25k should definitely go for it as it does work

How were you feeling before this run? Like most people I’d imagine, I’ve kind of had one eye on that run all through the programme so far (next run is W4R3), slowly but surely feeling less daunted by it.
Congratulations to you Maz1234 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊 👍
