So pleased to have done this and looking at the next run I could be fooled into thinking it will be okay.
Thanks to the comments on here, I know it wonโt be that easy so Iโm going to take it slow and run with all the confidence that this run has given me.
There is no way I could have run for 20mins straight 5 weeks ago. I am so pleased with my progress.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐๐พ ๐
I felt the same but i found itโs all about controlling your mind. If you have completed the rest of the runs okay then you are physically ready. You can do it!! Good luck ๐๐ป
Very well done to you. I remember run 3 week 5 well. I thought they got the time wrong๐. Don't be fooled by run 1 week 6. I found that quite difficult and came back down to earth with a bump. Just take your time. Good luck!
