thought I’d got the wrong week… saw a 20min run and almost bottled out…. such a huge jump in run times . Well … i managed it … just ! Thanks to Sarah Millican…. I even managed a smile when she said’ if you’re feeling tired slow down a bit’ … i would have been overtaken by the slugs and snails on the grass verge!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Thanks … I have checked out W6 R1 and was relieved to see the runs are in ‘bite size’ pieces 🙂

Unfortunately I have seen it before!! Completed this challenge twice before… last time 2021. Each time I’ve lapsed back into laziness…. I’m determined not to this time. I am two years older than last time I did it and don’t I know it!

Well done! I also did Wk5 run3 this morning - and also with Sarah Millican who is so encouraging. Week 6 starts tomorrow, although maybe a rest day first....

Wk6 R1 a welcome respite after Wk5 R3 - apart from the early morning drop in temperature - not so keen on running at 5°C!

Well done! Just completed Wk6 R2. Saving R3 as a bank holiday treat 😬

Well done! I was also elated at completing this one; it feels like a really important one doesn't it. 👏 This run helped my mind more than my fitness I think.

That’s such a milestone run! It’s a step mentally but you’re ready for it…as you proved! Massive congratulations on finishing the best run in the whole programme (in my opinion anyway!!).

Week 6 sometimes catches people out after the high of week 5. Take care not to go off too fast (like I did!!) and you’ll have a great time.
