So it jumps to 20 from 8?? Well, not the best day for it for me, warm, humid and I only got 4 hours sleep but with rain the next 2 days, I shuffled along. ; ) I did have to stop a few times for a few seconds to catch my breath. My app, which I thought was fixed, jumped from the last 5 minutes to cool down so I did the run during that and finished the cool down myself.
Has anyone repeated it or is it better to follow along and realize there is a good reason for that big jump. Does it make the next run seem better?
Also, if I download the the podcast as some suggested and not use the app, can you use your own music or do they have some?
Thanks for any help. It was a tough run but I'm glad I did it. From what I remember years ago, a lot of running was mental but my body wont agree just yet. ; )

It seems like a jump, but as Iannoda explains, you actually do less...it's just all put together in one element...
Well done, but simply put, follow Laura's advice and that of the super support on this forum and you'll be fine.
I use my own music...ELO and ABBA ad they are great easy listening and easy beats to run to... I use the App for Laura and follow her advice.
You'll find similar runs in W6 so just go with them... you'll be absolutely fine. This is about building stamina to get to 30 minutes and having run w6 r3 this morning I'm amazed I've got this far...I said the same about w4r3...keep going...You can do this! 👍😀
I will do this, I'm going to use podcast next time, I liked the app, bought it for small fee, but it's not worth the frustration. I want to concentrate on run, not glitches. Starting 6 tomorrow, did a dvd today and I'm ready. ; ) Thanks for the support
The podcast has it's own music, it's "different!". I had glitches with the podcast at times too, in fact I found the app more reliable, once I realised that you really did have to start your music, before the app.
