Morning all. Another day another run another lesson learned.
Run went ok today not as good as i hoped. Hydrated well the day before had a v small breakfast b4 run. However i could feel my legs ache more and more towards the end.
My fault i reckon as the day before i was carting stuff to the attic and carrying a large boxes of books and other bobs to be stowed away for a time.
To top it off my phone decided to rake me to the year 2000..Papa Roach.Linkin Park.Deftones etc and for a split second you feel younger! Lol
Began to weigh myself to. Lets see how we go. Cant say ive lost weight as i didnt weigh before but i know ive dropped 2 jean sizes since starting and eating healthily....aside from bbq i had other day.

Brilliant , you've completed wk4. Don't bother about the numbers on the scales so much because as you said you've dropped 2 jean sizes so you're doing something right. Just enjoy your running. Well done you 😊
🤣🤣😂 I was 32 in the year 2000 so no mentally rejuvenational advantage for me....think that’s why my playlists are crammed with 80s & 90s classics!!
Dropped two jeans sizes! Mate that is well impressive! My weight is not shifting like I’d have hoped but do feel much fitter and others who’ve not seen me for a while say I look thinner so must be toning or something?! 🤔
Still too keen on the 🍺 and just about to go to 🇮🇹 for a fortnight so 🍕 🍝 and more 🍺 beckon!
