W4R1 complete!

Just wanted to thank those who commented so supportively on my slightly worried post from a week ago. I had just completed week 3 and was concerned that week 4 looked suddenly much harder - I’d struggled a bit with 3 minutes of running and couldn’t see myself managing 5 minutes at a time.

Well, I was amazed - despite having not run for a week (purely down to being away/ too busy/ too knackered) - that I managed run 1 of week 4 this morning without any drama, and I feel dead chuffed with myself too 😊. I seem to have found my rhythm, in terms of breathing and speed and I’m pacing myself better. No wobbly knees today either. Not saying I found it easy, but it was no way near as awful as I thought it would be.

I’m beginning to think I can actually get all the way to running a whole 5K 😀
