Just finished my first run of week 4 amd when I looked at it earlier 16 minutes running with two 5 minute runs my confidence was not high. How wrong was I to doubt the app I made it though quite comfortably and can’t believe how far I have come in just 3 weeks. Feeling very proud of myself this evening 😃🏃‍♂️

Well done! Good to know that it's achievable, that one worries me.

You should be very proud of yourself :) and you are right. Believe in the program and also believe in yourself. We are all capable of far more than we think.

Enjoy the rest of the program 👍😊
