WK4R2 Back 2 Hills

Afternoon all. Didnt have time to do my usual post this morning.

Well my previous run along the flat did not prepare me for today. It was good that at each run in this session was going up hill. I could sense my body slowly wanting me to stop but blocked that out and kept going.

I did laugh aloud at one point as there was someone else running about in the early hours. They bolted past me on the other side of the road in their running gear...but they were power walking like a boss and left me in the dust big time.

Time for a healthy bbq now. Have a gr8 Friday all

Hills- you're brave! Just done the same run on the flat and that was hard enough for me

Uphill running will make you stronger. Before I started c25k I did power walking 6 days a week and my walk was definitely faster than my run . Running is harder and slowing on the hills will keep you running without stopping . Good luck and enjoy your bbq 😊😊
