W1r1 tonight

πŸ‘‹ I'm starting the program tonight after the smalls are in bed. I thought I should post on here so that I have to do it and not just put my pj's on.

I'm doing it on a treadmill as it's frowned upon to leave young children unattended.

I'm a bit scared will report back after 830

(5am wake up so I can get to work for 6 which is always my excuse not to)

Wish me luck 🀞 please!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your decision.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Make sure you can still speak aloud clear ungasping sentences as you run.

Enjoy your journey.

I weirdly enjoyed that. I think I'll probably need more than 3 goes at W1 but I've started!! I might slow my pace next time. Now shower book and bed early start tomorrow!

Thanks for all the messages and encouragement. 😊😘
