So after an hour of procrastination ( too hot, too windy, too many people outside who'd see me etc etc), I just redid W1R1 5 months after my last attempt. Nearly killed me I'm so unfit but still alive, albeit red and sweaty. Bring on R2!

Big well done-you did it!!! I started a photo diary of my beetroot faces but actually stopped a few weeks ago as they have disappeared! Just a smile diary now after each run!
You’ll be amazed how quickly you improve and how far you get through! Keep it up-look forward to run 2 update!
