W5R3✅ I did it ☺️

I’m sitting on a park bench after completing W5R3 and I’m grinning from ear to ear. It wasn’t easy and I’m not ashamed to say I got a bit emotional when my number 1 gal Jo Whiley told me I’d just run 20 minutes and could slow down.

Instead of turning back half way, I just kept going. Yes, I’m now thinking I could be on the sofa with a cup of tea by now had I turned back half way but walking the distance I’ve just run non-stop is amazing me. I ran all this way! And the view isn’t too bad either.

I’ve seen a few posts warning about week 6 but me and my snail pace are looking forward to it

☺️🏃🏻‍♀️🐌

Haha I did think that, sitting on the bench, cheesing to myself, having a little dance to my playlist. Must have looked strange. Thank you!!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be especially careful and run it particularly slowly because of the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 🏃

Very well done. You'll remember that moment for a long time to come.
