Finally got there, having started on 27th November, yesterday I completed week9R3. I had a bit of a delay with my hip pain half way through the programme but now I’m Feeling super proud of myself. I haven’t run since my cross country days at school. It’s been such a great programme to follow and whilst I’ve not posted very much on here, reading all your comments and questions has kept me focussed.
Onwards and upwards now to longer runs and hopefully quicker ones too - I can’t wait for sunnier days to go running., here’s to a healthier lifestyle! 🥰
