W9r1 Well half an hour ago I was felling all grumpy , thinking ‘how come everyone else on this site is really enjoying all this running and I’m not? What if I never enjoy it? How will I ever keep this up??’ And so on.... but forced myself out with my husband (w8r1) and I DID IT!! I actually enjoyed running for 30 mins and actually went a bit faster at the end.😱😱. Haven’t felt like this since about week 4 - thank you everyone for keeping me going, r2 here we come let’s hope you’re as good to me.....

I was the same . I struggled a bit with wk7 and 8, but wk9 was the most amazing ever. It's just the way running works some are great some not so much. Well done you 😚😊

That’s amazing!! If I’m honest I felt the same as you, I hated weeks 7 & 8 but something changed in week 9. I have runs where I hate it and runs where I love it, keep going because you’ll regret not doing a run but you’ll never regret doing one.
