Wow it was muggy this morning.. Hadnt realised how much darker it was at 5.45am now as well.. Another little obstacle to try and make me stay in bed but i got out!! Thought it would rain to try and keep me cooler but no such luck.. Quite a few people out running, cycling and dog walking today nice to say hello... Got to admit the heat was making my legs feel like lead weights but i kept to my mantra of slow and steady ans also not running up hills!!! Onto the next which i think is a very long run.. Hope its a bit cooler.. Have a great day...
