Huge tick... great job, you got this. Finding the lower gears to run at is really going to serve you well throughout your running journey. I was reading last night that Eliud Kipchoge actually does some of his training runs at half of his race speed (about my race pace 🤣)
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7, run 1, which is the first of 4/25 minute runs 🏃 😊
Awesome keep up the good work!!! I just joined today also and I just finished week five. I also try to keep my pace slower than I want to make sure I can finish. Now that I have done 20 minutes I can't wait to get to 25 minutes. It is so exciting to see the progress and share with others in the journey to 5k and who knows maybe more
Thank you hope your run goes well today. May I ask how do you runs. I run 3 times a week m,w, and f then sat and sun off. not sure if I am suppose to run every other day.
I think it might be good to have the 2 day rest on the week end.
