Week 6 - TICK!

Morning lovely runners!

Completed my first 25 minute run this morning :)

I had to add a bit on to my usual route, which was actually really nice as there was a beautiful view just as the sun came out. For the first time I felt confident that I was going to be successful and didn't doubt myself once. Normally I have to talk myself round, but today I just felt good. I can clearly see my physical fitness improving since I started the plan, but there is also a boost to my confidence and mental strength too. I've read other people's experiences of this, and it's nice to be able to feel it for myself.

Now I'm entering the third trimester of the plan I can honestly imagine myself completing it - at the beginning I was 50/50 at best! What a wonderful thing C25K is :)

fantastic! well done atomic thats a really positive post, take it from me that all aspects of physical and mental health will improve by doing c25k for sure :) 25 minutes is amazing! :)
