I’ve only gone and done a 5k run for the first time!!!!

So after graduating I’ve done my consolidation runs and gradually increased my time until I was running 4K and today feeling fine I continued and completed my first 5k in just under 50 minutes. I’m impressed with myself and can’t stop smiling and I thought I would struggle to do 4K again. To all who are still working through the programme you will get there, don’t expect to be running the 5k distance when you reach the end but know you can get there.
