Consolidation Run 7

Having a little break in Surrey and to go to the races today. So what better thing than an early morning run. This was my first trail-type run and I loved it - nature is amazing. I stopped to take a few photos along the way - who cares about times or pace when you see things like rivers, horses, sheep, sunrises, morning mist etc. etc. As a townie, it’s times like these when I do wish I lived in the country.

Beautiful pic. We are blessed to live in the country but on the coast too - heading out now, cant even remember how many times I've ran since graduation - probably 6.
