I did another 30 minute run this morning. the weather was lovely, not cold, no rain and no wind, unlike last week when it was all three
I miss the structure of the C25K runs but I'm enjoying knowing that I can run for 30 minutes. My next step is to start increasing this time by small increments until I'm up to 5K (I did 4K this morning in 30 minutes).
Gosh you run fast. I have finished week 9 which is fairly incredible for me..and jogged for 35 minutes today!Completely amazing....a new start in exercising!
Well done on 4 Km in 30 mins thats another milestone!! ✅ i seem to be naturally getting faster without pushing too hard so maybe by the time I am on consolidation runs I will be the same
4K in 30 minutes is wonderful. Don't expect to keep up the exact same pace when you start to increase time in a fortnight or so. Plus don't try for PBs on every run.
I did the 20 minute guided run from the app thanks. I will do the next guided run which is 22 minutes . I like the way the coach is there for more of the time than in the C25K app. I'll still be doing 2 x 30 minute runs in the week too and I'm looking for a slight change of route, just to change things a bit
You’re doing really well, I like the NRC coached runs. It’s nice to try a new route sometimes, keeps things interesting. Good luck I’m sure you’ll reach 5k soon👍🏃♀️
Great consolidation runs there! Btw when I first graduated I kept replaying Week 9 on C25K for two weeks of my consolidation runs, as I too wanted structure. Then I was just happy to run freely after that without it 😀. Happy running !
