Yeah I’m really enjoying my runs. Now starting to consider doing a park run. I want to complete my week 9 runs first though. Also feeling better in general terms. Thanks Buddy34

I did my first parkrun last Saturday and it really was great. I am so used to running on my own and to be running with just over 200 people was so different . So try it 😊
