In the cool of the early morning sea breeze, I found myself in a happy place, doing my 3 min runs with less strain today. I have a little plan π‘ Run 1&2 I do through the park where itβs flat, shady & lots of plants to divert my attention. Run 3 I do through the dunes. Itβs a nice path but a bit more undulating & a challenge to finish my week. I am so ready for the new goal of Wk4:1 on Wed.
I would never have achieved this without this group! Thanks everyone!! ππββοΈ

Yes the structured running plan is the best but this forum makes it even better and you can talk about running until the cows come home π where as people around you may find it boring
Last time I spoke to the physio about supports he suggested it was better to do the strengthening exercises rather than wear a support. Though admittedly that was before I started the C25K! Will see how I go. At the moment it seems bearable on the runs but achy in between, though getting gradually worse. Thanks for the concern π
Well done Annieapple and your schedule sounds like fun. Just maybe i should be braver and mix it up a little and add in a little extra effort for R3's too π€ Keep πββοΈ
I need the stimulus of change to help me focus away from the difficulty of the run. I also play relaxing music to keep me slow π and serene π·..will up the tempoπΆ in those last weeks!!
