This was the first run I’ve been putting off or not looking forward to. After a full day at the test match and all that came with it and then a busy day out shopping yesterday I’ve been nowhere near as hydrated as I should be. Add the weather in as well and it was a real struggle, but I made it. Through to week 4 now and I’m hoping a bit of a psychological barrier broken that I can do it - even when I’m not feeling my best.
Last post I promised a picture of my new shoes... so here they are.
Happy Bank Holiday folks.

Nice shoes, that run of week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, a popular week for graduates who have not ran for a while tend to go with that week/run than go right back to week 1, unless they have been off running for more than a year. Onwards and upwards to week 4. 😊 🏃
Nice trainers, I go out around 6 in the morning when it is cool and quiet I find it relaxing not sure I could cope going in the evening. Good luck keep it up 😁
