I completed 5 runs so far with no problems but by the end of the 90 second runs I'm really worn out. I'm worried that I won't manage the 3 minute runs next week and will then feel like I've failed and give up. Is it worth repeating week 2?

Ok, thanks for the advice, I'm running along side my dogs and trying to keep up with them so yes you're probably right π will slow down tomorrow for the end of w2. Hopefully will feel better about starting w3.
Iβd say push on with the programme and stay positive (Iβm on W5). Take it as slow as you need to but just keep going. Warm up and stretch properly and stretch afterwards too. A lot of it is in your mind and the programme has worked for so many people so just believe in it and believe in yourself. You can do this! πͺπΌπ
Thanks for the tip, I haven't been doing any stretches, just the 5 minutes warm up and cool down walk but that will definitely help me out as the weeks go on π
