I've just completed week 3 run 3. I'm very slow but I'm doing it. I have fibromyalgia and it is quite a struggle. My knees are also really sore but I'm pushing through. Just had a look at week 4 and I think it's quite a jump. This week I have been begging for the 3 minutes to be up, no idea how I'm going to do next week any tips please? TIA ππ

You are doing great so far, just trust the programme and take it slowly, then even more slowly. Try to relax as this will help your breathing. Most of all, remember we are all there with you cheering you along.
Thank you for you kind reply. I guess I should just do what I can. 3 weeks ago I didn't think I'd be able to do this! π
Baby steps. Literally, take shorter strides and slow right down. Also, don't be afraid to your knees an extra day off if you think they need it.
You guys are amazing. I did week 4 run 1 today!! Sometimes it was very slow but I ran (jogged) for all of the running time. I kept thinking about your words of encouragement and it helped me through! Knees feeling a bit better too! Fingers crossed for completing week 4 ππ
