This is a great plan, but it is recommended that you finish your 3 weeks of consolidation before trying to increase your running . Personally, I ran a few months before I wanted to extend further. I think you will know when your body is ready to move on. Have fun with your next group roseabi and clubberlang
I canβt rate this program highly enough. It took me easily from 5K to 10 in what seemed like a few weeks. I only completed C25K earlier this year and have already ran 10K. First race is in a few weeks.
So if youβre missing the structure of C25K this is for you.
I would love to give this a go, but don't feel quite ready yet, plus I'll be in sunny Italy that week and not sure how much running I'll do there. (actually, let's be honest- I won't be running that week). I have downloaded the printable copy so in theory can start any time, but it would be nice to be a part of a group. Are you going to start another one in a month or so?
The current plan will not finish until the end of October, so the next will likely begin in early November. I suggest you start the plan when you are ready and join in the weekly discussions over on B210K - we always have people at different stages of the plan and it's fine, in fact it's great!

Would you please add me as well? I'll have a little over 2 weeks of consolidation in by that time. Don't tell anyone but I secretly tack a few minutes onto the end of my consolidation runs because I'm having so much fun!

Hello Roseabi. Quick question. Is there any chance my graduation from C25K can be reinstated again please. I also became a graduate from bridge 210k. Iβve just recently returned to the forum with a new name. But my older name was Peggy59.
I have been a member of the 'Tortoise & Hare Club' which is in the NHS weight loss forum, but I've been a member of Couch to 5km, and also Bridge to 10km for a while (although not posted anything so far), but I am interested in this plan, so I'll be checking it out.
Please add me roseabi, I am already doing a long run once a week (8K) but itβs taking me over an hour. Iβd like to be part of the next group and share and learn during this process.
My run tomorrow morning will be a long one so Iβll take your advice and do my runs in any order!
