Hi all

Just finished week 6 run 2 and now nervous about the lack of walking breaks from now till the end. Any tips? Already a snail so not sure I can get any slower! Thanks!

Youโ€™re ready... you ran that 20 last week and now youโ€™ve done two tough sets of intervals... youโ€™re doing great and you can do it. Start relaxed and as slow as you can, ease into the run and enjoy.

I was JUST about to post this same thing! Not long for back from my run.

Will be hanging around for tips :)

Thanks - stamina's there, just my legs (shins/calves/feet) seem to protest a bit. Also, from time to time I feel like my feet are getting a bit numb (that wears off relatively quickly). That because of the impact? If so, how can I lighten the load? Already trying the slow running technique...

Are your shoelaces too tight? My feet went a little numbe on some of the first runs and after someone pointed it out to me I loosened them a bit to Compensate for them expanding while running and haven't had a problem since. Worth a go!

I've just done W7R2 and personally I found W6R1 and R2 really difficult, but all the non-stop runs have been fine! I am a snail too, and I have still managed to go slower today (I blamed the hills!). All I can say from my experience is trust the programme, its been building up to this, and lots of people who felt exactly the same as you have achieved it, so there's no reason why you won't. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Don't worry , all the running you've done up until now have prepared you for it. You can do it ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š
