Yesterday was supposed to be 1st run of week 5. I was at a show yesterday showing sheep... when i got home my myscles were aching so i passed on yesterdays run.

Ive woken up this morning with achine arms,calves and thighs. I was going to do my run today but im unsure... what would you do ?

I’d probably give yourself a couple of days off to recover. You won’t lose any fitness, and could probably make your aches and pains worse by running when your body is tired. Your run will wait. 😊

I would probably take a day's rest (today) as it sounds like you had a hectic day yesterday. Then have a go tomorrow.

Rest... while I haven’t ever shown sheep, I imagine it was a very physical day. A little walk to keep the legs loose could help.

Very busy day yesterday, give yourself an extra rest day . Some walking will help loosen everything up . 😊
