After indulgences...advice please

have a stern word with yourself and get out there and run. You are a grown up now.

No! Don't stop - we all have bad runs, negative feelings etc - I'm sure the next run will be better. Just remember how great it feels when you have nailed it.

So prove yourself wrong. Get out there and do it!
lots of water and good sleep and you'll be back on track
Thanks Guys
I smashed it !well it was a real head battle and to be honest took loads of recovery time my fit bit said my heart rate was up still after tens minutes but I listened to you all and yes was thankful for the time and moved on. Seems like the head battle is the worse with me!

Ignore your negative voice.. listen to the small on that is saying...just do this...you can... you will feel so much better.. and then slow and steady out you go
