Still Consolidating - The Anatomy of a 30 Minute Run

The first five minutes- oh my giddy aunt, whose idea was this?

5-10 minutes- okay, try breathing like Laura said and get into a comfortable stride

10-20 minutes- now you’re talking. I’m running and not really thinking about it - my mind is clearing, my mood is lifting, I’m actually enjoying myself! I believe I can run forever 🙂

20-25 minutes - legs starting to feel tired, are we there yet?

25-30 minutes - did someone adjust my watch? This feels like the longest 30 minutes EVER ( usually accompanied by frantic tapping on my phone to check what Strava says)

30 minutes - Yeeeeees! Laura, I love you. I am invincible! See you again the day after tomorrow.

And repeat.....

That pretty much describes most runs

Isn’t it great to be able to run for 30 minutes?
