A lovely morning for a run- bright and sunny but not hot. I managed to do as Laura said and keep a steady pace, even though it felt like every car on the road had left the house with the express purpose of hitting me! Anyway, 30 minutes done and I feel great! Two more to go....unbelieveable!

30 minutes running is a fantastic achievement, well done. Wondering why cars seem to want to hit you, are you running on the road? I avoid that totally, choosing the paths or even better, fields and the woods, please be careful 😦! Julie
