Hi, I have been doing c25k for a few weeks...really enjoying it... My goals are to keep going, drink so much more water after reading on here about heavy legs and not to eat jelly sweets (the whole bag) three hours before running.... I am not totally unfit, I have just walked Hadrian's wall and swim a bit. Looking forward to reading the posts and getting inspiration... I am dreaming about running!...

Well done for starting! Sounds like you’re doing great. I, too, dream about running! Usually very fast and effortlessly! Rather different in real life! 🤣 Good luck!

In the dreams I am light as a feather, bounce from one stride to the next.... Then on the run... Each stride is carefully thought through , thinking can I do the next....dreams can come true!... But in time!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It is possible to drink too much water, so keep intake within the 2 to 3 litres, taken in small amounts throughout the day.

Enjoy your journey.
