Wk5 run3 tomorrow, wish me luck. I've learnt not to go too fast and I'm not getting puffed out but wonder whether I can keep going for 20 minutes.

Don’t overthink it! Just take it nice and slow - you’re ready for this and you’ll be fine! Trust the programme - it works!

I did it on Friday, and I was dreading it too - but there was no need! It didn't feel that different to run 2 - and actually, it really isn't all that different at all. You'll be fine, good luck!

Just in addition, if you do a search of posts for W5R3 then you will find dozens just like yours and probably a larger number saying "I can't believe it, I just ran for 20 minutes"

You will do, keep in a positive mindset and go out and smash it, believe in the program, you’ll be buzzing tomorrow once you’ve finished 👍

My next run is W5R3, too! I completed W5R2 today so I have a couple of days to psych myself up for it! Good luck, I'm sure we can both get through it! Prepare to feel awesome :-).
