To say I'm chuffed is an understatement.

I've just finished W5R3. I honestly didnt think I'd be able to do it. Before I left this morning, I thought I'd be giving up before half way through. But as I was running, I didnt think of it as a 20 minute run, but aimed to concentrate on 5 min at a time. I did it! 20 minutes of running.... Wow!

This is a bit milestone for me because thinking back to my first week, just running for 60 seconds was hard.

I'm so happy. :)
