Week 7 completed yesterday........can’t believe it’s 2 weeks to go!

Like a lot of people I look back at Week 1 and remember myself being beetroot red in the face and gasping for breath after running for 60 seconds!!

Amazed at the progress so far......felt really good yesterday.

Time to start looking for some nice new running shoes as a reward! 😁
