W8R1: success!

So I repeated the run and somehow it just went down quite easily, although I ran after work and was tired. Go figure! It was much cooler though and there was no direct sun. Really happy. Thank you everyone for your support with my previous 'failed' run and the advice to embrace my inner snail as I really took it easy (8'/km) :)

Well done, I’m so pleased for you! It’s surprising how much the heat and sun can zap your energy levels. That inner snail is your best friend in this weather - enjoy the rest of the programme 👍🏻😊
