Bright and early this morning did my 28 min round my local loch ..Really cool breeze and some light rain yes..Great conditions ...My run was good but pain in knee half way through ..Did finish my run but going to give it 3 days rest and hope it helps ...I'm so close now ...So upset that I need to have a rest from c25k ..I'm crossing my fingers it's only a blip and I can still run with no pain ..Good luck everyone on your journey πŸ‘

Better to rest than permanently hurt yourself. Lots of us have had to take a week or more off on our journey. Don’t worry - running will be here when you are ready again.
