Just completed tge 25min run none stop! Very pleased with myself even though it felt like the last 5 minutes were taking me to the limits of human endurance ๐
I can see thst my goal to fo a 5K park run in memory of my son on 24th August is doable but bit worried that Im so slow. I blame it on the fact i have very short legs as well as not thst fit yet but Im averaging about 14m45secs per mile..this means it would take me about 45mins to do a park run! Am I going to look a complete numpty taking that long?
