W3R1 - am I feeling the benefit?

Made a start on week 3 this morning, I had found that my shins were hurting after completing week 2 so I was a little worried about how upping the running time would feel. Big shock this morning when it actually hurt less to run for longer, maybe my technique is a little better, and maybe running on the very broad curb of the very uneven pavement helps too. Frankly, I don't care, it hurt less and I like it!

In other news, actually running for three minutes was hard but not as bad as running for a minute was in week 1. I think I'm feeling the benefit of the programme how. It's helping with my mental health too, I notice that doing this and sticking to it is a boost for my self compassion.
