Not been on for a while after feeling pain during park run, physio massage confirmed torn hamstring, wow does it hurt!!

Can't believe how much i miss running as never run before c25. I'm walking 5k's to aid recovery but it's so frustrating as its now perfect weather to run S it's not too hot!

Plan to follow c25k from 15 min runs to make sure i don't overdo it. Hoping to be able to get back to it very soon 👍
