Yay! C25k completed. As you can see, I'm a happy boy. It's been such a journey from running a minute at a time to the full 30 minutes and all the ups and downs in between. Thank you to everyone on the forum whose posts have helped and inspired, this is such a wonderful community. Absolutely buzzing!
