Wk2 R2! Still buzzing!😃🏃

So I spent my beautiful Friday evening completing the second run of week2 and I'm still feeling great! Yes you read that right, I chose to go out and 'run' over going out to 'drink'.....actually I don't drink anyway but still you get my drift!

5 sessions in and I'm already thinking about when I can get out and do the next one!

Why didn't I start this years ago?!?!

I did the same run as you today. But admit done run & drink. But I am planning next run and I am very surprised about how I feel.

That's brilliant! You seem to be having exactly the same feelings about it all as me. I've just finished week 4 and I'm still loving it. It's strange when I look back - I can't for the life of me work out what was stopping me before. Something just clicked in me a month ago and my attitude suddenly changed. The whole idea of "going for a run" is such a freeing thought now, when a year ago it was my idea of absolute torture. Keep going - the feeling only gets better as you meet each week's challenge!
