I did the first run of week 8 yesterday morning. As soon as I started running, I thought - something isn't quite right with my left side (buttock/top of thigh at the back). But I thought I'd run through it and I kept going. Now I wish I'd stopped. I'm sitting on an ice pack, which is making it feel better, so I'm guessing it's not serious. But I think I'll wait until I'm confident it's gone before going for run 2. Annoyed. But I did the run, so pleased with that.
