Sorry everyone as sure this has been asked but been off a week and don’t know where to start.

Was so proud of myself and motivated like anything before hols. Now I just want to eat and slob and not go back on that treadmill. !!

I had got to the 20 min run non stop 😳😳. Should I just straight in and try that again??

Thanks so much everyone.

From my experience, you won't lost any of your fitness in a week. So just go for the 20 minutes! If your last run was W5R2 then you will be ready.

Yes I agree. I have been away with work for a week. I took my running gear with me but the schedule was too tight so I didn’t get to run.

I am going to just jump straight back into it this evening and get back on the healthy train.

You’ll be fine, just jump straight back into it again.

You should be good to resume... it takes 2 weeks to start losing fitness, you’ll have nice fresh legs too... just set off nice and slowly and ease into it.
