Week 3 run 2

Running my second of week 3 and really looking forward to it., even treated myself to a new running top!!

I'm running on the flat tonight as I think the hill I have been running up is starting to give me shin splints. I cant believe i've come this far the 3 minute run is far better tahn the previous two weeks as you tend to get into a steady pace. Any way I will let you all know how it went and how the progress is developing towards week 4.

Totally agree. Really enjoyed the first run yesterday. Got into a rhythm. And left with a great sense of achievement.
