So on to weeks 3, and not sure how I get on but I did not think I would get through the first week.

Well done, Week 2 Run 2 was the one I found hardest to complete and yet now I'm running for 30 minutes. Move on to week 3, believe and enjoy it. Good luck.
Thank you so much. I am finding it hard to visualise myself running 30 minutes but don't dwell on it too long. There are so many inspirational stories on here and I don't feel like I am doing this on my own.
Don't even try to imagine 30 minutes. At that stage in the programme it was impossible to imagine 5 minutes. Don't imagine just keep going until you find yourself can do it for real. You will get there.
