Last night I completed my first run of week 7! Finding it so hard to believe that I’m now running for longer and it’s not *that* bad. I should be at the end of week 8 really but as I mentioned in my previous post I’ve had a bad back🙄

Slow and steady as you go... and relax into the runs... make sure some of your strength and stamina work on some rest days is upped a little now too...
