Is anyone able to post a link where I can download the podcasts without music for people without a smartphone?

GymBoss app allows you to input the intervals you want. You get an alarm when each interval comes to an end. It’s up to you if you play music or not.

Very true. I didn’t think anyone would be asking about a podcast without having a smartphone. Perhaps I’ve missed something.

An MP3 player will play a podcast and is not a smartphone.

Without a smartphone I’m afraid that your only option is the podcast (with music) and the delightful Laura.

I’m not aware of any C25K podcast without the music... I suppose that defeats the object of having a podcast as it would be mostly silence.

I did the 1st run using a stopwawtch, only way I can think of without a smartphone, cheap on amazon. A gps watch would possibly do it for you too, you would have to create the workouts beforehand on a PC.

Hi I did them with the timer on my phone - just reset at the changes. I also did this chart - don't look if you don't want to know what's coming up!! For the early ones I counted paces instead.
