I've only gone and done it! Final run last night after not having run since Monday. Felt good (mostly) although the humidity was tough.
I cannot believe that I have actually completed it. The mental challenge has far outstripped the physical, although I have also lost 8lbs and a good few inches which is a huge bonus.
In such a weird time in the world, with the threat of losing my job and the need to adapt to lockdown rules, C25K has given me something to focus on, of which I am grateful.
I would recommend this programme to anyone, and to those who have already started - keep going! You will get there, one slow step at a time.
